Introduction to Yoga Retreats
A yoga retreat combines a holiday with yoga practice. It offers you the opportunity to get away from your busy life, leaving work and worries behind. You enter a space where you can de-stress and bring yourself back into harmony and balance. What better way to have a break than being in the company of nature, eating good nourishing food and doing yoga, which restores you at all levels? Our aim is for you to leave feeling like a full cup even if you came with a half-empty feeling.
Yoga during Our Retreats
Our retreats will include long yoga practice sessions in the morning and evening. Depending on the venue and country, on some days, an afternoon yoga session may also be included. Hatha Yoga will be the main style practised during these sessions, but depending on the venue, Yin, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga may also be included. Meditation, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra are included in the package. Every session will be carefully planned taking every participant into consideration. It is important to inform the teacher in advance in case you have any injuries or health concerns.
