Introduce your tots to the fantastic benefits of yoga and watch them grow.​ Sessions are suitable for 2-4-year-olds and will be based around Yoga adventures to inspire their imagination, combining yoga postures through movement, breath awareness and mindfulness.

Yoga will help your little one develop self-awareness, confidence, aid the development of coordination and balance, stimulate their imagination as well as introducing them to valuable relaxation tools to cope with their busy life....

The class will allow your child to explore the world of yoga and its benefits in a fun-filled manner.​ Yoga will teach your child the importance of a healthy lifestyle, the mind-body connection and the need for balance in life. It will help set a solid foundation that will improve his or her chances of growing into an excellent human being.

The Need For Tots Yoga

The fast-paced lifestyle, lack of time and increased focus on performance is taking its toll on everyone. It’s almost impossible to keep children completely insulated from the stresses of our lives. Academic pressures and expectations also have their impact on children. As a result, stress-related problems like insomnia, anger, anxiety and mood swings, which were very rare in tots a few decades ago, are on the rise. Learning yoga will help children cope better with the challenges of modern life.

What Can Tots Expect To Learn In Yoga Classes?

Yoga for tots is a combination of play, fun and learning. Here are some things that you can expect them to learn.

  • They will improve their understanding of the human body. The practice of postures (asanas) increases body awareness.

  • It will teach them how to breathe better and shows them the relationship between deep breathing, energy levels and mental calm.

Course Information

  • These sessions are held once in a month dates times may very.

  • They are open to tots between the ages of 2 and 4.

  • The goal is to help your child playfully and creatively explore yoga.

  • If you accompany your child, we expect you to join the session.

  • The course consists of 3 sessions, one per week, for three consecutive weeks.

  • Please inform us beforehand in case you are unable to attend a class. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer replacements if you miss any of your sessions.
