It can be a mutitude of things that are effecting our sleep, but bedtime Yoga can really help promote a better night sleep, Harvard Medical School reported that over 55% of people found doing Yoga before bedtime can helped them get a better nights sleep.
"A national survey found that over 55% of people who did yoga found that it helped them get better sleep. Over 85% said yoga helped reduce stress." - Marlynn Wei, MD, JD, Harvard Health Publishing. and here are a few reasons why.

I wanted to share with you 6 amazing bedtime Yoga postures for better sleep. This bed time Yoga posture sequence can be done in bed or before bed. They can be done with cushions, blocks or bolsters. The Yoga postures are really relaxing and gentle and all you have to do is connect with your breath and hold them for around 8 -10 long slow deep breaths in and out.

I wanted to share a few extra sleeping tips that I find helpful and hopefully one may come in useful for you too.
Sleeping with lavender spray on your pillow
Drinking any caffine no more than 5 hours before bedtime
Using a weighted blanket to help with sleep.
