Welcome to our Mummy and Baby Yoga course!

Mummy and Baby yoga is a follow-on course offered after our five-week Postnatal Yoga course.

 

It is an informal, friendly and fun way to continue your postnatal recovery while actively contributing to your baby's healthy development. Whether you are new to yoga or already experienced this will give you the ideal opportunity to restore your sense of well-being and create an even deep bond with your baby. 

 

The sessions will include massage which will help you're baby to relax as well as yoga, songs and movement, that stimulates and entertains your baby. 

 

The yoga poses are designed for new mums to enable them to stretch, regain muscle tone and strength safely. 

 

The Classes are centred around the needs of our babies, whiles giving mums time to relax, breathe and make friends with other mums.

  • The course consists of 5 sessions, one per week, for five consecutive weeks.

  • Please inform us beforehand in case you are unable to attend a class. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer replacements if you miss any of your sessions.
