Very Berry Smoothie



A full punnet of Strawberries,
A full punnet of Blueberries,
2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds,
A teaspoon of Spirulina,
200ml Lemon Water & Ice.


Take off the leaves from the Strawberries,
Make Lemon water to own specific strength,
Add everything into the blender,
Blend until required consistency,
Add ice cubes as required.
