Mean Green Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

2 Kiwi’s,
2 Pears,
1 Cucumber,
A hand full of Spinach,
35g of Cashew Nuts,
Ice Cubes.

Instructions:

Wash ingredients,
Cut Kiwi’s and Cucumber in half,
Slice and de-seed Pears,
Add all ingredients into blender,
Blend and add ice as required.
