Jen | Lotus Flower Yoga & Wellbeing Centre : Leigh Lancashire

Jen began practicing yoga 13 years ago, exploring a range of traditions before finding a strong grounding in the Iyengar school of yoga.  A thirst for knowledge and experience Jen has attended regular classes and various workshops over the years, completing the British

Wheel of Yoga Foundation course in 2009 before going on to complete the Yogacampus 200 hour teacher training diploma in 2013.  Her teachings are down to earth and accessible to all. Classes are based on a physical practice that explore both strength and softness through support of the breath.

You will be encouraged to cultivate an awareness of the breath and explore your own physical experiences, allowing the attention to be taken inwards and a return to a quiet state of mind.
