Grain Free Crackers

 

Ingredients:

2 cups Organic Flaxseed Meal,
1/2 tablespoon Sea Salt,
1/4 tablespoon Garlic Powder,
1/4 tablespoon Onion Powder,
1/2 tablespoon Poppy Seeds,
1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds,
1 cup water.

Instructions:

Heat ove nto 200C,
Line a baking tray with parchment paper,
Mix all dry ingredients,
Add water and mix until dough forms,
Spread onto prepared baking tray,
Flatten to 1/8 inch,
Cut into even squares,
Bake until edges are browned,
Let them cool completed and serve them up.
