Date Me Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

2 Dates,
A Banana,
2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds,
250ml Almond Milk,
Ice Cubes.

Instructions:

Remove stones from Dates,
Peel the Banana,
Add all the ingredients into the blender,
Blend until smooth,
Add ice cubes as required.
