Cayenne Kick Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

A (tiny) pinch of Cayenne Pepper,
Handful of Strawberries,
300ml of Coconut Water,
A thumb of Turmeric,
A Banana,
Ice cubes.

Instructions:

Take the leaves off the Strawberries and cut into halves,
Peel and add the Banana,
Add all the ingredients into the blender,
Blend until smooth,
Add ice cubes as required.
