Bananarama Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

2 Bananas,
A full punnet of Strawberries,
A full punnet of Raspberries,
2 Dates,
Chia seeds,
Sesame seeds,
Water & Ice.

Instructions:

Peel Bananas,
Wash all Ingredients,
Take off the leaves from the Strawberries,
De-pip Dates,
Add everything into the blender,
Blend until required consistency,
Add water and ice cubes as required,
Little sprinkle of Chia and Sesame Seeds.
