Almond Chip Cookies

 

Ingredients:

125g Organic Butter,
100g Gluten free milk Chocolate Chips,
180g Natural unrefined Cane Sugar,
1 Organic free range Egg,
200g Gluten free self-raising Flour,
1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract,
75g Gluten free Rolled Oats,
50g Almond Flakes.

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180C,
Grease 2 large baking trays,
Beat the Butter, Sugar, Egg and Vanilla extract,
Add Chocolate Chips, Flour, Rolled Oats and Almond Flakes,
Mix extremely well,
Put mixture onto a flat surface,
Divide into 24 pieces,
Roll into balls and place onto trays,
Bake in the oven for 12 minutes,
The cookies should be lightly browned,
Let them cool fully and then enjoy!
