Lotus Flower Yoga was once just a dream…
Its very existence proves that each and every one of us has the power to turn our dreams into a reality. Each one of our teachers has embarked on a personal journey and spent numerous years studying, they are now here to share their wealth of knowledge and pass it on to you.
The ultimate goal of the studio is to bring people together. We want to bring people with the same interests together, to encourage and motivate people on their own journey, what ever that may be.
It is our intention to promote an exploration of yoga and other holistic practices that strengthen the physical body, calm the mind, balance the emotions, and connect us to one another.
Everything that you require to boost your health and wellbeing in one place. Our relaxing environment aims to create a friendly, harmonising and peaceful ambience in a calming space for you to recover, heal or just simply take time out.
The studio is a space to encourage healing and health in the most natural form possible, Yoga, Pilates, Meditation and Holistic Therapy. Healing starts from within and its only when we start to look and listen within can we start to heal on deeper levels.
We provide a variety of Yoga Classes and workshops for all abilities and ages, everyone is welcome. One 2 one sessions are also available for those that desire a more focused and personal yoga experience.
As Teachers, it is our responsibility at Lotus Flower Yoga Studio to uphold a safe, clean, comfortable, and healing environment.
It is in these roles that we commit to improving the quality of the practices we teach and practice through loving, giving, and serving.
And to consistently maintain and improve our professional knowledge and competence, striving for professional excellence through continued education, training, and regular assessment of personal and professional strengths and weaknesses.
The Yoga sessions vary for the individuals needs, we offer beginners courses for those who are unsure and want to build confidence, we offer drop in sessions for those who are familiar with yoga and wish to attend more sessions.
Our pregnancy area offers pre Yoga sessions, for those who wish to use yoga as a tool to help them through pregnancy and birth. Yoga during pregnancy is something that will not only support your body (pelvis/hips and pelvic floor) but it will encourage a deep connection to your breath so that giving birth becomes an experience you can enjoy and not fear.
We accompany the pre-natal sessions with Post-Natal sessions, these sessions work on strengthen the body after birth. The sessions welcome your baby, including baby massage techniques. The teacher holds CRB and Baby Massage accreditation.
